Piezo + magnet internal preamp

Hi,
I need an internal preamp for mixing the magnet and piezo pickups in my bass. I have asked several shops here in Spain, but nobody can give solutions.
I've been searching the Web and I've found only two: Bartolini MPB2-918 and Artec MB-2
On the other hand, my sister is going to Miami next week.

Do you guys know if there is a shop where she can buy one of these. Is there a shop in Miami who trades with Bartolini or Artec.

There is also the GraphTech Ghost system, their preamp can do that, but I don't know if it's designed to work with other components or just their own pickups.

Fishman makes a ton of stuff that may be relevant, in particular this pre-amp that is built to blend magnetic and piezo pickup signals.

Might also want to check out this seller on ebay: guitar_acquisition_syndrome on eBay offers all sorts of preamp setups including piezos, might have just what you need or even be willing to do a custom. I haven't dealt with them personally yet, but they came highly recommended by a few other TBers, fwiw.
