Please help me track down this brand.

[Why Nautilus‽]

For years I was aware of this bass brand that sold primarily through Etsy. I am having a hard time finding them again but wanted to see if anyone had information about them.

Unfortunately Etsy’s search algorithm has become garbage, so tracking anything without a name is effectively useless.

These were 4 string electric bass guitars with an upright endpin. They were similar to, but specifically not Barker Bass Guitars.

Primarily the shots were taken on a dock by a lake, and the instruments had some very unusual body shapes.

If you know of these basses (or have one/pictures) I would appreciate a share here.

For me it was mostly curiosity about comfort from an ergonomics standpoint.
But with prices in the 2k range it’s going to remain curiosity

#2 was built by Inyen Vina in Korea while I suspect #4 came from Atlansia but that's only based on it's use of the proprietary Atlansia pickups.

No worries. I was wondering if a "Ren and Stimpy" reference would fly with an international crowd. I guess I have my answer.

As far as the Chapman Stick goes, that's a tale told better by Tony "Papa Bear" Levin himself.
