Possible issue with Zoom MS-60B: buzzing

I am the proud owner of a Zoom Multistomp. A great little box to try out effect combinations without having to spend tons on effects. ("lets combine four tremelo's and make chaos!")

However, there is something bugging me. I am getting a buzz when using the Zoom. Mostly noticable when playing clean, and at any input volume. Even when all effects are removed it start just after the attack and then rises and dies down within one or a few seconds.

The buzz is there when using daisy chain, batteries and separate power supply.

Am I right in thinking this is a faulty effect and in need of repair? Or am I missing something?

an audio can be heard at . (Thats me playing the most boring bassline in ages.)

I'm not sure if this is common to all of them, but I get the same thing on mine; and yes, this happens even without effects in the chain. Something I've found to tame this has been to use a cab sim with 15" drivers. In a live situation, this faint buzzing will not be noticed, but in the studio (which this pedal was not entirely designed for, IMO) it will certainly be evident.

Sorry that I could not offer you a better solution, if at all

Thanks for the reply. I guess I will have to deal with it then and not record with the effect. I did indeed not notice it when playing live the past few weeks.

Not to zombify an old-news thread, but as I have been researching issues with the Zoom MS-60b I recently purchased, loved, and subsequently quit using just days later, and am now selling, I thought I would connect these two threads, in the event that the issue is the same or at least of a related cause.
