Problems accessing forum on Chrome for Android

I've a Samsung mobile, haven't had any issues with using forum for 4 years until last few days.

I've tried clearing data, wiping cache, making sure I've the latest update for Chrome: no difference.

Every new page on TB is taking about 10 seconds to load. About half arrives immediately, then there's a pause, then the other half arrives.

If I click on something before the second half arrives, the screen freezes.

Any suggestions?

I realised that there was a further step I could take in deletion of data, so did that. I'm no longer logged into any website, but TalkBass is now working properly, so 😊

Chrome is the only browser on this phone. This is the only site I'm having problems with. Since the change of forum software, I have had a few problems - page suddenly crashing. Then this. The problem is exactly the same whether on WiFi or on 5g etc etc

Are you on your mobile network or wifi? If you're on one, try the other. Or, if you can hop on a different wifi network that might shed some light....
