Resolved Problems with TB on iPad.

I posted to the bug reports forum last week about a problem I was having with TalkBass on an iPad. The alerts notification has disappeared from the upper right of the tool bar when in landscape mode. So far only one other member has reported it, @kat888.

@paul has been looking into it, but so far no luck, so I thought I’d throw it out to the members in general to see if anyone else has experienced this or if you might have a suggestion.

I have found that there are a lot of clever members out there who have an answer on almost any topic that can be thought up so, what could it hurt to ask?

I have an iPad 4, running iOS 10.3.3. Too old to upgrade to iOS 11.

I usually read TB in portrait mode. Finding this thread, I turned to landscape mode, and both Inbox and Alerts disappeared. If I refresh the page, they briefly reappear, but almost immediately disappear again. Turn back to portrait mode, and Inbox and Alerts both reappear.

Does this for me too. Portrait is ok, but I use it almost exclusively in landscape.

That's weird. What browser are you using?
I switched from Safari because it just seemed to be stuck in the mud all of the time. Chrome will crash now and then but once I restart it works pretty good. But overall it seems to work best of what I've tried so far.

I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome. They both do it, so it doesn’t seem to be tied to the browser.
