Had FedEx Ground package and ship an amp head. They dropped it and bent the face plate and dented the handles. I need to send them proof of value for a used AMPEG SVT 2 Pro, but I am not sure where to go to get the 'official' info. As the face plate cannot be replaced and it has been lost most, if not all, resale value I am trying to get them to pay for the price of a replacement. Any help would be appreciated.
