Quad coil dual P?

Planning my next bass, thinking about having a single pickup (HB size or small soapbar) that would have 4 coils - essentially a standard split P and a Yamaha style reverse P, so you could switch between one pair, the other, or both together (possibly with a series / parallel switch).

Does anyone make a pickup like that already? Thanks in advance!

There are quad coil pickups, yes. But be aware that they may or may not sound like a P pickup. The tone of the P pickup comes from more than just offset coils.

Sadowsky has a Super P pickup that does this. Only on builds, not sold seperately.

Here's a Sadowsky recent build with the super j/super p. The super p has a switch for P/reverse P/both coils. The super j has a switch for 60's/70's/both coils.
