Real Fender body?

No pocket HUMP... no Fender. I don't see a hump like the one above on the item in question
Also, the markings in the pocket... felt tipped marker... would be pencil well into the sixties when the old SC precision wasn't made anymore.
ALSO pot codes look to be old but 1952 and 1965. That's a big spread but not totally out of the question; may or may not be significant but another flag.

The body has obviously been stripped of the original blonde/white color, and the hump may have been sanded out when that happened (if it's a Precision Bass). It could be a first generation Telecaster Bass (1968?). That would explain the black Sharpie as they were using those by then. Without the neck, it's hard to tell what this body is. The 1968 Telecaster Basses had a much less pronounced router hump as well, and Fender would have used 5 pieces of wood for a body that was a solid color like this one was.

So do you believe it is not an original?

Thanks for all your answers
