I've noticed what seems to be an uptick in scam and spam posts. I'd guess that most of us here are savvy enough not to be fooled by most of these, but I do think there should be a way of filtering these scammers and bots out of our sandbox. When I see what looks like an obvious scam post, I usually check the profile of the poster. It's almost always a newly joined member with zero trade feedback. Maybe we could add some kind of wait period before a new profile is allowed to post any new classifieds? I've also seen several lately that setup their profiles as commercial users. Maybe that designation could require some additional vetting? I don't really know what goes on behind the scenes here as far as site security and even if I was told, I probably wouldn't understand it. Just throwing out some thoughts in regards to keeping our digital clubhouse clean.
