Recommend 15" replacement speaker for Carvin BR615 combo

I have an older Carvin BR615 combo and I need to replace the speaker. The current specs are 600 watts at 4 ohms. Freq 45 to 20k. Low End 35k. Box is 23.8" H x 20.7" W x 18.5" D. It has a horn but i always turn it off.

I'm looking for a good stand alone speaker that I can easily replace. Light weight preferably.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

Take a look at the Carvin PS15 if they are still available. Carvin has pretty much closed it’s doors but they still have some stuff available.

To make a proper recommendation you will have to measure the internal dimensions of your cabinet AND it’s porting and post them.

Apparently if you call Eminence and tell them these dimensions they will give you a suggestion that should work.

US Speaker might help if they are familiar with that combo. Otherwise, as sir Paul said, measure up. Internal dimensions of the cab and Port(s).

That cab might be rated to go up to 20KHz, but that's mostly from the tweeter. The 15 might go up to around 2 or 3 KHz.
