Renaming "Tablature" to "Tablature & Notation"

I was PM'd by a user suggesting a name change to include notation in the title, as the forum isn't exclusively about tabs.

I don't have a strong opinion, since I don't go to that sub forum. But if it makes sense, maybe should post a poll in their to see if anyone objects

I think it's a great idea, and that sub-forum shouldn't be exclusively tab.
