Returning tc bh250

The treble circuit on my new amp quit yesterday. The amp was purchased new 2 moths ago at gc. Am i entitled to a brand new amp or do i have to wait 2 months for a repair?
Check your warranty, depends on the brand, but definitely contact the place you bought it and the manufacturer.

I got my replacement amp and all is well! My favorite aspect of this amp is without a doubt the EQ! The tone print is way cool if you use lots of effects, i dont, i like chorus, reverb and a little overdrive on occasion. The EQ on this amp is very well designed making it easy to dial in your desired sound. I was able to dial in my mustang & my birdsong sound fairly quickly. Im still working on the gibson sound, they are notoriously hard to EQ, but im close! The built in tuner works well, the amp is light & portable with all the rear panel bells & whistles. I see tc electronics gets bashed around here at talkbass, but imho the bh250 is a lot of amp for short money!

With the three button footswitch that little thing was AWESOME!
The 250 was enough to get by for any setting.. I would've liked any of the higher watt versions a little more I'm sure, but the month that I owned my 250 it was way cool.

Im loving this amp! Plenty of punch, super quiet no hum or hiss, easy to dial in the eq tone you desire fast, accurate tuner, tone print, light and portable. Now im gassing for the bh 550!
I know how you feel, I also was gassing for a larger BH250. So when the BH800 came out, I waited until I found a great deal, at Phantom 48 on EBay, and bought it. Although the 250 can get loud, you can hear the difference in note heft between it and the BH800. The BH800 sounds so much more solid and weighted. I eventually sold the 250. Not because it was bad or not loud enough, but because the BH800 could do everything the 250 could but better. It was a good amp and got me hooked on TC Electronic. Enjoy.

The tone print on mine worked for a couple hours, i loaded in maybe, four different toneprints, then it like, froze.. None of the knobs worked untill i turned it off, waited a min and turned it back on. The last toneprint i loaded is still working. Dirty tube od w/comp. But something seems to be up with the toneprint function. I've just been using it for clean tone. Sounds great tho
