List 5 movies that you have watched that, when watched back to back, might cause a major depressive episode...
Hotel Rwanda
The Green Mile
The Killing Fields
Leaving Las Vegas
Children Of God

Any five episodes of Grey's Anatomy.

The show is dumb. And every episode is different (unrealistic) depressing tripe. My wife watches that junk. I have sat through a few with her. I laugh at how ridiculous it is. She cries.

(Not a movie. I know.)

There are a couple I'm afraid to even mention on here, REALLY gruesome stuff!

agreed on Leaving Las Vegas, but I love it!

Revolutionary Road

The Mist

Boy Don't Cry (based on a true story)

Legends of the Fall, horrible ending!

This one has more than one film, the real-life murder & torture of Sylvia Likens.

I'm noticing a lot of war movies, so following that theme you could do:

Heaven & Earth (The Vietnamese perspective on the conflict)

Casualties of War (Michael J. Fox & Sean Penn)

agree with "Killing Fields", the man from the story was murdered in L.A. years later & it's suspected it was part of a conspiracy

Full Metal Jacket & Apocalypse Now have already been mentioned

Interesting. I don't recall it setting off my tripe meter, which I consider finely attuned, yet I quit watching that one years ago. Everybody must have shagged everyone else by now.

Thelma and Louise.
Predator. <surely even Arnie can't handle a tactical nuke going off a few hundred meters away?>

You are not alone.

My wife also watches that show, and I can't tell you how difficult it is to keep my mouth shut. You and I should start a support group.....:roflmao:.
