Safe to Connect a Hartke VX115 to Yamaha HR-3000B combo?

Have a Yamaha HR-3000B combo, 50w rms (8 ohms) with 12" speaker.
Used only at home for practicing, volume at 4 and master level at 3.
Rear panel has a -10db Line Out Jack.
Can I safely connect there a Hartke VX115 cabinet?

Thanks for your reply. My complete ignorance made me think that the signal coming out from this Jack could be sent directly to the speaker.

it could if the external speaker was powered.
