Double Bass San Francisco Round 2

Out of curiosity, is there anyone who has any insight as to why this ended in a no hire? I know first hand that there are many reasons that an audition can end this way, so I am not trying to criticize SF Symphony or knock their process. I just thought it might be valuable and interesting if we could learn what they feel is missing from what is being presented to them
