Secure laptop stand...

So the keyboard player at my church is using this great stand, sort of like one of those smart phone tripod clamps, but BIG and on a tripod base stick basically, for her iPad.... And it got me to wondering if they made anything similar for a laptop that would hold it securely. Something height adjustable for use with Yousician for training / practice...

What are you guys and gals using?
