I recently purchased an item from an established Supporting Member & Commercial User on Jan 13. I have yet to receive any tracking info, let alone the item itself, despite multiple requests. The last I heard from the member was Jan 17, when they assured me the tracking info would be shared the following day. According to said member’s profile, they live approximately 5 hours away from me, so there’s no reason for the item to take this long to be delivered.
Since our last correspondence, I have attempted to contact said member via TB, PayPal & email (the last as recently as this morning) to no avail. I have also “reported” the corresponding PM thread between the seller & I to TB and contacted TB admin directly. Still no response. I wondered if perhaps said member had been locked out of their account, etc.; however, their TB profile shows their most recent activity was last night.
Any suggestions / advice is greatly appreciated. My experience with TB has been nothing but positive up to this point, and I would very much like to continue supporting this great resource / community. I am not interested in attacking anyone’s reputation or making false accusations. I simply wish to have this matter resolved one way or another.
