Seymour Duncan SPB-3 for Schecter P Custom

hi everyone, so not too long back I bought a set of Quarter Pound pickups for my Schecter P Custom (4 string), I've wanted to put those in there for a really long time. I've been looking around online for another pickup because the Schecter has a soap bar pickup in the bridge position and I would like to match the Quarter Pound pickups with a Seymour Duncan soap bar pickup. Any suggestions on which one would be the best one for that bass. I also want to make sure I get the right one so it fits and sounds good.

The problem with our Passive Soapbars is that the output is a lot less than the QPs. I've tried the Passive Soapbars with a QP before, but it also used an active preamp. Those QPs have such a huge output and huge lows, that the Passive Soapbars we make don't really compete. To be fair, most people use our Passive Soapbars with preamps, and use the QP just straight passive.

The size of that soapbar doesn't leave much options for off the shelf replacement. You'd have to explore a custom pickup build or a unique install of something else hidden under a similar cover.

Mojotone may still have similar covers. You could always figure a way to mount a QP Jazz or pair of them underneath.
