I'm talking about your computer/phone, not the walls in your house...

Here's my current selection:

. I just took a snapshot with the phone. Nice enough though. I've loved this image since '78. I've got a number of others on the phone. There's some great pictures in this book :)

I am proud of you! I am in IT and just about everyone including my colleagues mistakenly calls it screensaver!!! I try to remind them the reason for screensaver back in the day was because of the monitors we had then, if you didn't turn it off or at least have a constant moving image, it would burn to the monitor. I actually seen it when my boss used the Budweiser Frog screensaver that I hooked him up with. Ironically we noticed shortly after the big fire in the office and went in to see what we could salvage. He had permanent frogs on the screen.

Screensavers are soooo pre early-2000's, correct?

I miss the old Flying Toilets screen saver. I'm sure that someone has a retro version out there though.

Do you remember the one of a guy on an island and people watching him for the longest time for he did different things?

My favorite thing was back a few months before 9/11 close to Christmas time there was this program that would have Christmas lights around your monitor on the screen. I found it was preventing Excel from working right, and then people at the company I was working at would complain about their Excel. So I would uninstall the lights and all was good; so I thought. Then I get calls about their lights missing and some actually said they can't work without their lights. I told them: you have a choice, your Excel working with no lights or keep the lights and have your Excel not working. They unhappily chose for Excel working and no lights.

Truly baffles me the stupidest things people find so important.

But to this day my all time favorite I see no matter where I work is going to someone to fix something on their PC "I don't have time right now" and then later pass them while they are chatting by the water cooler, come back a hour late and they are still at the water cooler, but again they don't have the time right now.

Seemed like all them ad on screen savers programs would take over and just about crash your system. Had to remove the toilet one for just that reason. It's proper name escapes me at the moment.
