Should I get a 5 fretted or 6 string fretless (For Playing Primus)

I've been a big fan of Primus for a while and I know quite a few songs on the 4 string fretted but now I am looking to upgrade. I'm now stuck with the decision of whether I should get a 5 string fretted or 6 string fretless. I also play in a band where we don't play much primus but more classic rock and pop stuff, so would a 5 string fretted be enough to get by on, or should i venture out of my comfort zone with the 6 fretless?

Here are the basses I'm considering
5 string fretted:

6 string fretless:

I'll just leave this here!

I haven't played one, but from what I understand all of the 6-string fretless on Sailing the Seas of Cheese is actually played on a Tune bass - Les didn't get the Carl Thompson in time to do the album, so one of the guys working on the album brought in the Tune. Don't know what model, or if it was modified, but that is what I've read!
