Should I Get A Fender Bassman 500? or Maybe an Ampeg SVT3

I've had an Ampeg B2-r for 14 years now. It had to be repaired 2 and a half years ago and then a couple months ago it died on me again, and now I'm thinking it's time to move on. I've become a Fender amps guy over the last few years, I have a Fender Rumble V3 410 that I like and have no intention of changing regardless of what head I get, and I have a Fender Studio Bass amp that sounds amazing but I need to get it retubed. I'm also hesitant to gig with it, so it's pretty much just a bedroom and studio amp for me. I really liked the sound of the Fender Bassman 300 amps, Mike Dirnt from Green Day uses em and I thought his tone on the 2012 albums was the best one he's recorded, but I don't wanna drop that much money when I already have an all tube amp, so the bassman 500 seems like a good choice for live shows and practice, but I haven't seen too many reviews for them yet. years ago I also thought that my next step up from the Ampeg B2-r for me would be the SVT3 pro, I love the options on it, I love graphic EQ's and that's the one thing I'd really miss if I went with the Fender. I'm sure both are great amps, but I'm leaning towards the Fender. Thoughts? Opinions?

I have an SVT3 and I like it. Many have noted there is not a lot of extra gain until the controls are turned way up. I have a Presonus Studio Channel and put it between my passive basses and the Ampeg, now I have lots of gain, the SVT3 overdrives nicely. There is a nice compressor included with the Studio Channel.
