Smoothest Feeling Rounds

I am wanting to put rounds on my Jazz for a slightly more zingy tone but I REALLY like the feeling of flats.

Is there a round wound string with good articulation that is smoother than others?

Suggestions?

I second the Jazz Rounds. Nothing comes close in smoothness.

The next best thing would be GHS Compression wounds/Ken Smith Compressors. They’re not true rounds, but pretty darn close.

EB Slinky's are pretty smooth feeling to me.

If you want roundwound tone and super smooth feel then I would recommend Labella White Gold Tapewounds. They sound just like roundwounds and are smoother than Flatwounds.

As said above, the GHS Pressurewounds are very, very nice. Great, actually.

Dunlop Flats are a flat that sounds pretty darn close to a round when they're new.

You're not wrong. They are WAY smoother than DR's or D'ardarrio.
