Some strange thing on JB

Stripes of reflective or ordinary duct tape to recognize the position of the frets while playing on a dark stage.

More like "playing on a dark stage while wearing a freakin' blackout mask". o_O They probably help him tell where he is by both sight and by feel.

If I were doing something like that, I'd go with "artists tape". It has the feel of masking tape, is pH neutral, comes in a variety of widths and colors (for a dark stage, I'd probably use .5-inch white tape) and has just enough adhesiveness that you can easily peel it off to reposition or dispose of it. It's meant to be applied to artist's drawing surfaces without tearing or staining the paper. (re: former art-student and illustrator :bookworm:)
