I have this wonderful effect pedal but I'm having a few issues with different things.

First of all I lost the cable that connects my phone to the pedal but I'm using a simple audio cable to do the trick. It works if I send presets to the pedal but doesn't seem to work if I modify a single parameter. Plus on my Neuro App I select the aftershock but seems to come out the L.A. Lady section. how is that possible?

Tried to modify stuff using the pc software version of the Neuro App, but can't quite understand how it works. If I set all the knobs on the pedal at 12 o'clock but on the software I put, let's say, the clean signal at 3 o'clock and save it, does it work that if I turn the knob at 9 it's actually at 12? These are the things I don't quite understand. How should I work around these things? And it's kind of hard for me because I have my pc on one side of the room and the amp on the other. I can't really modify parameters and not listen directly to the modification that easily. I would love to listen to the sound right away on the amp. I guess I would have to get a laptop and connect it to the pedal while my pedal is directly on the pedalboard. right?

First step before you start asking any questions here, download the manual and read it thoroughly, then read instructions on using the computer editor, if you still have questions THEN come back and ask away

In general when I'm building a sound in the source audio environment, I have my pedals connected to a usb hub and use the editor signal goes from my board to my amp as usual - or to a mixer if I'm using phones.

Yeah, I guess I should do that way too. I'll install the neuro editor on my laptop and then connect the pedal to the laptop while my amp is on so that I can actually hear the sound I get on the amp right away.

I just got this pedal an am having an issue I could use help with.....for some reason when I pluck a note it chokes out after a couple seconds.....any ideas? It’s like it sustains fine for a bit then hits a wall...

What are using as your power source? When I tried it out at first I had it on a daisy chain and that's exactly what happened. It's a hungry pedal, 180 mA I think, not exactly certain.
