Looks like this just dropped

Only thing that feels like a miss to me is that the Scoop isn't on a footswitch.
I kind of wish the grit was on a foot switch, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.
But you're Source Audio, surely you could've done a 2 footswitch design that's user selectable for switch function! (sarcasm, but also feel free to use this idea for Zio Bass 2.0)Now y'all can tell why both Scoop and Grit became on/off toggle switches instead of us coming out with a three footswitch design.
That's what they said in the first video linked above. The gain control...do you set that with a small Phillips head?
Yes, this is the "level" of grit when the switch is flipped to the UP position only, sort of a set-it-and-forget-it-thing.The gain control...do you set that with a small Phillips head?

I only watched Nate's video prior to asking, so thanks for making me watch the first one lol! The demos sound great. After some thought, I think I can get behind the design.Yes, this is the "level" of grit when the switch is flipped to the UP position only, sort of a set-it-and-forget-it-thing.

We're a hard to please bunch LOL. But for the sounds I like, it would be nice to dial in some saturation for old school tones and turn it off to for more modern sounds. Granted, I could just lean over and flick the switch.Hopefully now it makes more sense why both Scoop and Grit became on/off toggle switches instead of us coming out with a three footswitch design.
Maybe add jacks so scoop and grit can be activated/deactivated by an external footswitch?Hopefully now it makes more sense why both Scoop and Grit became on/off toggle switches instead of us coming out with a three footswitch design.
