Brought home a sunn concert bass Head and 215B cab today. There’s a buzz (similar to a fuzz effect) from the top speaker only when I play. If I lightly place my hand on the lower part of the speaker cone it goes away. If I light place my hand on the upper part of the cone it’s more dramatic. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Check that the screws are snug. Not so tight as to warp the frame.
Look around inside the cab for anything else that might be loose and vibrating.
Otherwise, it might be replacement speaker time.
Good luck.

Exactly all of this. Check for "rattles" in the cab first. If that doesn't solve it, it could be speaker time.

My little Fender Rumble 75 had a similar type of speaker buzz to what you describe and it turned out, after I pulled the 12" driver out, that the speaker wiring/cabling had come away from the little plastic anchor inside the box and was laying against the back of the cone causing the buzz. Good luck with it.

I bought an orange 4-10 for cheap off a guy cause he said one of the speakers was blown. I took it apart, and there was a rock that had gotten in through a port and was lodged in between the speaker frame and cone.
