Spector Euro doesn’t fit guitar stand

Spector Euro 4 LX’s have unusual strap knob placements and I can’t sit it in the stand straight.
I don’t like hanging my basses from their heads, I prefer the small ones that support it from the bottom.

Anyone else had this issue?
I can’t seem to find stands that provide measurements of where the holders sit.

Ironically, the reason they started doing the bottom button offset,
was not because of balance on a strap (as they'll tell you), but because if it's in the middle
(like most basses and early Spectors) it hits the floor when sitting in many regular type of stand.
Basically because the NS body is so svelte.
Causing it to be unstable and in danger of falling out of the stand.

I like the way the Spectors balance on a strap with the knob in the middle (like the old days),
and just avoid stands where this is an issue.

You need a stand that’s adjustable. Check out the K&M Heli 2 - you should be able to adjust the width of the stand to avoid the strap button.
