Splitting line level send for monitors (IEMs and wedges)

I am trying to figure out the best way to split our band's line level monitor send for use with IEMs and wedges.

Currently using an older Yorkville powered mixer with one line level monitor output which is usually sent to a powered floor wedge. A couple members have IEMs and are using Rolls PM351 units, so I am looking to send a shared full band mix via the monitor output into a splitter of some sort, and then run out of the splitter to the powered wedge, Rolls #1 and Rolls #2.

Can anyone recommend something that might help us accomplish this? Looking for 4-6 outputs for scalability, and on a bar band budget, although that is flexible.

Man, this is probably going to stir up a mess in your band. Sending the exact same full-band mix to both a floor wedge and a couple of IEMs???

I will be truly surprised if the IEM guys like the mix and the wedge guys like it too. Speakers and IEMs will reproduce in drastically different ways. So when you say "I need more acoustic guitar in my wedge" the IEM guys will probably say "I already hear nothing but acoustic guitar as it is" (just as an example).

Hope it works out and I am dead wrong.

Thanks for the insight two fingers. Hopefully that makes the case for everyone to go with IEMs and replace this ageing mixer with some new digital equipment or something more suitable for the task.

With that being said, is there a piece of equipment that could accomplish the task of splitting the one line out to create multiple feeds? I have looked into some headphone amps that seem to fit the bill, however I have seen discussion about the fact they are amplifying a line out signal which could cause issues when running the re-amped line into a powered monitor/Rolls unit. This Behringer Microamp being an example. Any experience with something similar is greatly appreciated.

The cheapest was I can think of is to daisy-chain a couple of "Y" cables on your output and split the signal into 3. 1 would go to the wedge, the other 2 to the rolls. Not scalable but would probably work for now. However, that may introduce impedance issues...
The "proper" way to split would be using something like this

What is the model of the mixer? If it is by chance stereo you could do a panning trick. Use the monitor out for the wedges as it is probably pre dsp. Then pan the whole band say to the left and use the left out of the mixer for your mains. Then pan the vocals to center and feed this via the correct side of the headphone our or main out for the right to feed your IEM rolls units. This would allow you some adjustment for every channel into the IEM mix and it would give them a post fader signal. Not as good as the pre fader recommended for IEM but better than pre dsp. Be aware that any volume ore tone control made on a channel will show up in the IEM side as well.

Thanks s0c9 and musicman for your advice. I was thinking of going the way of the Y Cable splitter but then stumbled across this 4 way passive box and figured for the price I might as well roll the dice on it. As most/all of the outs on the mixer are 1/4in, the XLR splitter would have required a lot of cable adapters. Hopefully this thing does the trick.

The mixer is a Yorkville MP8DX. Not the best tool for the job, but the only tool we have at our disposal at the moment. It is not often we need to provide our own sound support, but when we do it comes in handy and its built like a tank. The Rolls arrived yesterday and the splitter should arrive next week, so we'll see what happens soon enough!
