Start conversation option not available?

Tried to start a new concersation with@SamuelHarris tonight, and that function was not visible at all when clicking on his username.

Hmm.. I changed some phrasing around, maybe that's it. The link when you click his name now says "Send a Private Message". Let me know if you don't see that either -
