Last November my vJ5 was stolen in Miami, FL.
My main bass for over a decade, acquired during music school, recordings, toured nationally and regionally for all that time. I'm not someone with a lot of basses.. this instrument being taken from me definitely affected me.
It was reported to be have seen in Jacksonville, FL a couple days later, but that's going off of a phone call to posting i shared on social media (should have shared on talkbass sooner but i get distanced from tech sometimes.. no further info.. Still no detective assigned to the "case"..
If anyone happens to see it, I'd love to get it back in my hands.
#77, swamp ash/maple, big splits and updated 3band pre, amberburst and old school hifi knobs.. not the fanciest but definitely the only like it.
