Double Bass String Identification Help!

Hi, does anyone have any idea what these strings are?

They look to be synthetic core and they have a bar end instead of a ball end. They are also kinda rough, almost closer to a round wound.

They are Innovation super silvers. Old production cuz I think around 2017 they switched from the bars to balls
