Suggestions for a 2U Shallow rack mount head

Hi Folks.

After a rather bad back injury I am retiring my heavier gear and looking to shrink my setup, I have got my cab combos sorted (Warwick 1x15 with an ND speaker and a TC Electronics BC208 as an extension) but I want to retire my rather heavy Warwick Pro Fet 5.1 which is a full size 2U rack mount head.

criteria are the head must fit in a 2U Shallow depth case (one of these to be precise https://bit.ly/30Vynhz) and match or exceed the 500 watts RMS output power of my Pro Fet head. and finally I will have between £250 and £300 to play with at most.

I have looked at two amps so far, The TC Electronics BQ500 and the Peavey MiniMax V2 while while not specifically rack mountable I believe I could make work and apparently the BQ500 isn't a true 500 watts RMS.

Thank you all in advance for your help and suggestions :)

I think maybe the QSC Gx series power amps are shallow enough, but you would need a pre amp. Could be in pedal format, though.
There is also the proper airflow to look into, but I think they are front to back.
