A 22 yr. old Burbank CA resident has been apprehended and charged - NOT one of MY KIDS, thank Dog.
(Glendale is the town next to Burbank, CA.)
He should have placed it outside of the mall's Chipotle...it would have gone unnoticed.

I was walking down the street in L.A. near Miracle Mile, and every house in the street had a toilet out on the front lawn - I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't art.
