Just want to give props to the Sweetwater Customer Service team. Looking for an inexpensive case for my Ric bass clone build, back and forth numerous e-mails with a guy named Derek, found a case that should work. I find it rare to get personalized service like that these days, particularly with internet based sales. Very impressed.

They are the best I have ever worked with. Nice and polite, and knowledgeable about the instruments they cover (most are actual musicians). Ian Roeguls is the best.

Hi.... John? Gilmourisgod here, just wondered, I'm building a 4001 clone, just thought maybe you could hook me up with a discounted dent n' scratch tolex case? What? No... I don't have an attorney.
