I've been using Switchcraft output jacks since I have started tinkering with guitars years ago. Their quality is outstanding, and they are very heavy duty, but they are a bit expensive.

Since I usually buy 10 to 20 jacks at a time I decided to try out these Neutrik T/S phone jacks. At $0.88 they are about $.090 less expensive than the best price I have found for switch craft.

I have to say, they seem just as heavy duty and well made as switch craft, and have the same positive snap in action when a cord is plugged in. They also screw into a Telecaster Electro socket unlike most cheap jacks. I think these may be a keeper.

Here is the link for a TRS version of the same jack

My local supplier stocks Neutrik so I have been using them for the last couple years. While I don't use nearly as many as you, probably only a handful in the last couple years, they have always been reliable. I definitely see them being at least as good as Switchcraft.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised by the quality compared to Switchcraft. The only difference I see is aesthetic, the wafer material Switchcraft uses is a bit nicer, and is cut a little bit cleaner. Well that, and the word China stamped into the ring terminal.
