SX Pirate Bass vs my Tobias

Hello there! I have a question about whether this swap is worth it... Currently I have an Epiphone Tobias Deluxe IV bass (shown in my profile picture on here) which I'm currently selling. I mentioned in my ad that I am open for swaps and lo and behold, I get a message asking me if I would like to swap for an SX Pirate bass with new strings on it (He says the body is also mahogany but I've read that the bodies are actually solid ash). I'm just wondering is this swap worth it? I haven't been able to find much if any info on this bass so I'm really not sure if its an upgrade or a downgrade from my Tobias... any info would be appreciated. Below is a picture of the bass in question if it helps!

Thanks for the fast reply! And thanks for the info, what would you see as a good price or a good swap for a bass like this? I've only ever seen 1 other in Ireland and it wasn't even a Deluxe model like mine.

Not really sure about "over there" but the pirate bass was like $129 new from Rondo Music.

Yeah, I noticed they were pretty damn cheap, the guy who wanted to swap had his up for €150, my bass was €375 new

Haha, even a free headscarf couldn't sell it, then again, the Tobias basses haven't sold great and the prices of the first 2000 or so of my bass have massively inflated cause they were the last ones that Tobias actually made before they handed over the company to Gibson...
