TBC 4 String BB411R Serial #60 August 26th 1999

I have a TBC BB411R that has been sitting in storage that I have been looking to unload but I wanted to learn more about this Bass and am trying to determine the value. I have the certificate of origin marking it Serial #60 signed by Jack T. Wilson, company president and it was manufactured on August 26, 1999. Can anyone shed any insight to this Bass? It is in great shape, I am just trying to learn more about it and work towards finding a new home for it to someone that can appreciate it. Thanks!
