I'm a proud owner of the BH250 head, which booms on my 2x10 Ashdown cab. I also got it – in that price range – because it has the bonus of the built-in Toneprint technology (and – yes – I'm a TCE fond!), even if most of them are just for fun, very difficult to use in the everyday band practice. However, some of them are really nice and useful: choruses, comps, octaver, phaser, drives. In the meantime I have "The Beast" overdrive in one slot, which I like for its fatness though no low end loss, and "The Harmonic Butler" octaver in the other one, which I appreciate for it's subtle. What Toneprints di you like the most, and what you consider useless? Vote and comment!

Spectracomp. The single greatest one knob compressor on the market. And, it's free with toneprint.

I used to use the SpectraComp primarily until the Combined TonePrints came out. I am now a big fan of the SpectraComp N Drive. On my BH800 I have the SpectraComp N Drive set as TonePrint 1 with the knob pretty much off and I can still hear and feel what it is doing. It works very well for me set that way.

TonePrint 2 is set at Classic Chorus although I do play around with others as well, but TonePrint 1 is always SpectraComp N Drive. Always.
