Thinking about getting a Fender Rumble 1x15 cab for SVT.

Had to part ways with the 810 last year, wanted to downsize. I was thinking of going with a Fender Rumble 1x15 4 ohms to start with, and maybe later adding another 4 ohm cab to the mix. Opinions advice.

What did you like about the 810's tone(I assume it was an Ampeg?) what did you dislike, and what are you looking for from the 115?

Those two cabs aren't anywhere close in sound other than they make low frequency noise.

It's an 8 ohm, 150 watt cabinet (take Fender's 'continuous' rating and cut it in half to find out the actual power handling).

Why don't you get a 4 ohm Ampeg 115 cab? I run two B-15T 4 ohm single 15" cabs with an SVT and while they sound good they don't compare with my 8 x 10 cabs. I bought a PR-410HLF a few years ago for pretty low money (350.00?) and the thing will blow away any single 15" cab, it weighs a ton though but is worth it for the great sound it has.
