Thinking of ordering a Kiesel LB76 need some advice!!!!

I'm thinking about a LB76 w/ Flamed Koa Top, Ebony Fingerboard, Black Hardware, the back of the body I have a question.
I'm thinking of Alder body w/ 5 piece maple neck w/ 2 purpleheart stringers thru that, so my question is do I do the alder body w/ the 5 piece maple neck & purple heart stringers or should I go with Mahogany body w/ 5 piece maple neck & the purple heart stringers?
Or would you recommed a much better wood combination than what I just mentioned?

My understanding is that Koa ia a member of the Mahogany family. I have a LB75F that I bought in 1992 that has solid Koa body wings (used to be a no cost option!). Of all the basses that I use in the big band that I play in the Carvin is the only one that prompts the horn players to turn around to see what I am playing. I know it sounds good but there is something about that bass that makes other people take notice. It's happened more than once so I know it's not a coincidence.
