Thomann Order Times

So I decided to pull the trigger on two Harley Benton basses. I placed the order on Saturday 6/18/22. As of 11:25pm on 6/21/22 I have not received shipping confirmation. I have emailed twice just to verify the order and check status and have not yet received a response to either email. This is my first ordering experience with Thomann.

Those of you with Thomann experience, is this normal?

Not normal. Never one single problem with them and i order from years, have already send back products, etc..
I always have the confirmation right after the order.

UPDATE: Received shipping confirmation today. I guess they’re a little slow on processing orders or maybe it was because this was the first time I ordered. Either way, I should be receiving the 2 new basses next week.
