Tone of LaBella DTF Flats vs DTF Rounds?

I think you're confusing terms. Labella makes various "deep talking" branded strings: flats, tapes and steel rounds. DTF is a common initialism for deep talking flats, which are probably more popular than the deep talking rounds. The tonal differences are the same as any flats vs rounds.

Sorry yeah, I should have put DT. Forgot the F meant flats. I heard the roundwound are a lot mellower compared to usual Stainless though.

I think they are. I haven't played them in a while but I recall they weren't nearly as harsh as rotos and such. But not so mellow as to be confused for anything but rounds. Labella quarter rounds are a good medium between. More like flats than round but with more bite than flats.
