One of my favorites, this song makes me cry with joy every time. This version is exceptional!
I’ve got all his concerts on DVD. Growing Up Live, Secret World Live, Back to Front, etc. I find it fascinating how that song (among others) has evolved over the years. I’d be hard pressed to pick a favorite version.
About all I can really say about Peter Gabriel is he’s been one of the most consistently enjoyable and impressive musicians and songwriters I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to - and seeing perform on stage.
No arguments here. Secret World Live is a stranded on a desert island effort for me.

OK, so this may seem strange, but it's the most uplifting song I ever heard about a guy getting beaten to death:
