Used G&L LB-100 or new Lakland skyline 44-64

The used G&L seems in excellent condition.
I am leaning for the G&L but I have no experience with the lakland
Any thoughts?

I can't comment on the Skyline, but my LB-100 is awesome. I pick it up 95% of the time. When i pick something else up, i am back to th LB in no time.

I love me some Skylines, but if it's a choice between a Skyline and a USA G&L, I'm going G&L. Very nice basses in both cases, but it's an easy choice for me.

Yep. American G&L all the way. Nothing against Korea, though. My USA L-2000 made me a fan of G&L for life.

I was ready to pull the trigger on the Lakland but this opportunity came along and made me doubt

I have owned both and loved both but the G&L LB 100 is special. The G&L is a step up in my opinion.

It's a no brainer.
The LB-100 is very good (I have one) (I've never played a Lakland), but if you don't like the LB it's possible you could turn it around for the same money you paid for it.

But, you'll like the LB.

I'vw owned both, and the neck on my LB-100 feels as good as the one on the USA Lakland P I used to have. That says a lot. Skylines are great basses (I've owned several), but the build quality on the USA G&Ls is better, IMO.
