I had the opportunity tonight to attend one of Victor Wooten's bass clinics in Muscle Shoals Alabama. While he played some impressive pieces, most of the 2.5 hours was spent talking music--not bass playing. He has a gift for sharing his approach to music with common sense clarity. If you ever get the opportunity to attend one of his clinics, take it. You won't be sorry.
