Warwick Rockbass MEC p'up Impedence?

I bought a Corvette Rockbass with a bad preamp. I'm attempting to replace it with Bass Mods 2 pickup 2 Band 3 knob and 1 switch preamp. Not sure if I can put this preamp in with the stock MEC Singles. How do i tell what impedence these p'ups are? Please help.

To find out the resistance in ohms all you need is a good multi meter. If the pup has only 2 wires then you just measure the ohms across the 2 wires. If it's a 4 wire pup you first figure out the 2 coils then measure each side.

Resistance is only one component of impedance. Impedance is the vector sum of resistance and reactance. Since the reactance is nonzero, impedance will be higher than resistance.

That's why I changed the term to resistance as some confuse resistance and impedance as interchangeable. Although not said by the OP I went ahead and presumed the OP wanted to know the resistance of the pup's to calculate whether the pup's would be a good match for the pre.
