Warwick Streamer Jazzman 5 string pickup size

OK guys, I need a little help here. I've done a quick search through the forum, contacted Warwick, and contacted MEC and haven't had any luck from any of the attempts.

I am wanting to replace the pickups in a Streamer Jazzman 5. I contacted Seymour Duncan about replacements, and they suggested the SMB-5A for the MM pickup...cool, got it.

And they recommended the Apollo Jazz for the neck pickup. But I'm not sure which size to get...

Neck 70/74mm 5strg
or
Neck 67/70mm 5strg

Anyone got any knowledge as to which pickup will drop right in to this bass?

I am not quite sure, but you can measure what is currently in there.

There's very little difference in the 2 different pickups anyway
