Weird Squier Serial Number

Recently got my hands on a 2010 Squier Pete Wentz Precision, but when I looked up the serial number it came back as a 2010 Squier Mini Strat, I'm almost certain it's legitimate, and, weird thing to copy if someone were to right?, but is this a common issue? I know some Squiers come up with no result at all but an entirely different guitar is odd. Serial number decals etc all look to standard, and match in quality to my Mikey Way signature Mustang serial of the same era, but yeah if anyone knows more bout this, I'd love to know, cheers from Australia!

doubt it its still got the inlay and the signature on the back of the headstock

It's kinda late for me right now so I didn't really register that it came up as a Stratocaster, my brain filled in the blanks as the serial coming up as a mini P bass. That would definitely rule out a neck swap...​

All good Yeah that's my thoughts, Im just guessing they ended up in different spots at similar times and ended up with the same number, Indonesian Squier's are great but they've always had their weird quirks like that.
