I would be interested to see how you all practice at home. I use my Vox bass headphone amp with my trusty iPod Classic and AT headphones. What does your setup look like?

Right now, beside me in my 10x12 office I have an SVT-CL on an Eden 4x10 as one rig, and a Peavey mega max on a Big E mas46 and Yorkville powered subwoofer crossing over at 80Hz. They are both good rigs.

I have two , I keep one at the in-laws . My home practice rig is a simple GK MB150 , I like to use a NE-1 preamp /EQ with it to fatten things up at a low volume . The little GK was originally bought for use with my upright , but it's great for studio or low volume gigs . A great little amp . I initially bought a little Rumble for use at the in-laws , but the tone sucked so I put together a little rig . A GK MB 200 head paired with an Ampeg mini 210 stack , again with a Yamaha NE-1 preamp . It's a beauty !

whatever i'm currently using for gigging goes to my basement for rehearsals --- also where i practice. (right now: GK cab + anyone of several heads.) if i'm recording, it's usually: into soundcraft Ui24R to interface or computer to DAW (reaper or pro tools).
Although I don’t have either of those basses anymore the amp is the same.
Sigh. My home practice rig is a p.o.s. acoustic/electric with all replaced tuning keys, no amp. Think I'll go eat worms.
I have been enjoying the vintage V4B as of late. I fire up the SVT II through the Berg when some local wildlife needs to be sonically eliminated.

mine looks my chin resting on the upper horn so i can hear and feel the notes while i play the bass unplugged

Home practice is generally a Phil Jones briefcase. Through the mighty 2X5 speakers or through cans, depending on who else is home at the time.
Yes. I've been loving mine. Got a good deal on them as well. Always a bonus.
I read some reviews before pulling the trigger; the winning review was the one that called them the "anti-Beats". You don't say? Sounds like my kind of headphones!!
