What model fender is/was this?

This is for sale locally, looks not quite stock, but I don't know much about factory options... sorry about the photo quality.

Nothing about that bass is Fender.

We need better/more pics.

The bridge pickup has been added at the very least (along with corresponding controls).

But the body, neck, tuners, etc. could be stock. No way to tell with one grainy pic.

I'm no expert though I do own a a couple of Fender's and the first thing I'd look for is the serial number which is not on the headstock (repainted?). Also i think the control knob near the split pick up is way to close to the pick up for a real Fender.

• It has a zero fret
• The logo appears to have been drawn by a toddler with a marker
• The bridge humbucker route is clearly shifted to the side slightly
• The master volume knob is much closer to the strings than any Fender I’ve ever seen
